DOWSING THE NEGEN STONES

This is a plan of the dowsing reactions obtained on August 15th, 2002, when dowsing for the positions of the Negen Stones on the roundabout by Staines Bridge. It seems to indicate a generally oval north-south oriented stone circle with a central stone (eight and the central one making nine). The alignments of the Egham Causeway and Thorpe Road seem to skirt the site, supporting the original idea that the leys describing the small area rather than meeting at one point indicates the size of the site.

There is a metal box set in concrete in the centre of the roundabout and this dowsed particularly strongly for a stone positon; it is not certain what this is.
